Pros:

Envoi rapide, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de suivi. La coque est très belle, elle est un peut légère sur les côtés. J’espère qu’elle protégera bien le téléphone s’il tombe.

Pros:

Ma commande à pris du retard sans que j’en sois informée. J’ai contacté le service client qui m’a répondu au bout de quelques jours. Puis j’ai reçu ma commande et j’ai été relancée par le service client que j’ai informé de la livraison. Cela indique cependant un manque de communication entre le client, vous et les services de livraison. Le produit en lui-même est très satisfaisant.
